What is Delta-9?

• Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (also known as THC) is a medicinal compound utilized to manage and treat chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and stimulate appetite. Naturally occurring THC is the principal psychoactive compound and 1 of the 113 cannabinoids identified within the class of cannabinoid medications.

What is Delta-8?

• Delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol, also known as delta-8 THC, is a psychoactive substance found in the Cannabis sativa plant, of which marijuana and hemp are two varieties. Delta-8 THC is one of over 100 cannabinoids produced naturally by the cannabis plant but is not found in significant amounts in the cannabis plant. As a result, concentrated amounts of delta-8 THC are typically manufactured from hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD).

Are your products third party tested?

• Yes. All of our products are third party tested to insure the best quality and most accurate unbiased results. All of our COAs can be found here: COAs

Are your products legal?

• Delta-8 and Delta-9 products are in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and deemed Federally legal as long as the finished product contains less than .3% Delta-9 THC. State laws vary and should be referenced individually for the sale/purchase of Delta-8 and Delta-9 Hemp Products.

Will your products make me high?

• Most likely. All humans are different with different tolerances. Our products contain various types of cannabinoids. Each cannabinoid creates different effects in the body.

How should I store your products?

• All of our products should be kept at room temperature. Do not leave out products in the sun. Do not leave our products in a hot car. They are subject to melting. Storing our products in a cool dry place will insure they will not melt and remain effective as they are intended. 

Shipping & Returns

How is my package shipped?

• All items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All packaging is discrete to insure your privacy. 

How do I track my order?

• After your order has shipped you will recieve tracking sent to your email address on file. You can also click on orders in your account to track your order.

How long does shipping take?

• Depending on where you are located, shipping will take anywhere between 2-5 business days.

The carrier has lost my package/it hasn't moved in days?

• Please contact us so we can track the package down and put a claim in with the shipping company. Do not worry, we will get the package found or another package sent out ASAP.

What is your return policy?

• Any open product cannot be returned. Only damaged products are eligible for return/refunds. We do not facilitate returns from third party vendors. 

What is your refund policy?

• If your order is eligible for a return, you will recieve a refund email within 24 hours of us inspecting your return.

Do you ship internationally?

• No. We only ship to the United States.
